Général Conditions of Use

This contract is entered into between: The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”, and any individual or entity wishing to access the website and its services, hereinafter referred to as the “User”. Items in stock are shipped within 3 working days. The delivery time varies from country to country. Any product return is subject to an agreement between the seller and the buyer.

Payment can be made by check payable to Rhod Magic Production or via the credit card module and Paypal. In the case of a bank transfer, the customer must request the bank details from Rhod Magic Production.

ARTICLE 5: Publisher’s Responsibility
Any malfunction of the server or network cannot hold the publisher responsible.
Likewise, the website’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party.

In case of a dispute that is not resolved amicably between the User and the Publisher, the courts of Versailles shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
